Shipping Info

Every order is carefully handmade, packaged with love, and shipped with a trackable shipping number. You’ll receive your tracking details by email once your order has been shipped.

 

Delivery Times

Please note: These are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on your location, customs, or postal delays.

Thailand: 1–3 business days

Asia-Pacific: 1–2 weeks

USA / Canada / Europe: 2–3 weeks

Other countries: 2–4 weeks

 

Processing Time

All sets are handmade to order, so I need a little time to create them with care!

Normal processing time: 3–5 business days

This may vary depending on the number of orders in queue. If you're ordering multiple sets or during a busy time, it may take a little longer. But I’ll always do my best to keep you updated!

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

Please be aware that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply to international orders depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Every country has different rules, so we recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure about any possible fees.

 

International Customers

  • Import duties and taxes are not covered in your order total.
  • These charges are set by your country’s customs authority—we don’t collect or control them.
  • Customs processing may also delay delivery slightly, depending on your country.

 

United States

Due to new tariff regulations (often referred to as the “Trump Tariffs”), some imported goods may be subject to extra fees or customs delays. These changes are imposed by the U.S. government and are completely out of my control.

By placing an order, you agree to take responsibility for any applicable duties, tariffs, or customs charges.

 

United Kingdom (UK)

Orders to the UK may be subject to VAT and/or customs fees, depending on your order total. These are charged by the UK government and are the buyer’s responsibility. You may be contacted by Royal Mail or HMRC before delivery.

 

Australia

Australian customers may be charged 10% GST or customs duties upon delivery, especially for higher-value orders. These fees are set by the Australian government and are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • We are not responsible for any delays, fees, or held parcels due to customs processing or unpaid taxes.
  • Refusing to pay customs fees may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed, and no refunds will be issued in those cases.
